Privacy policy

We collect the personal information you provide so we can fulfil your visa order. We only share it with those needed to complete that order. We do not sell your information. We do not show ads on this website.

Who we share data with

The visa application goes to the relevant embassy or consulate, and to their visa application centre if that country uses one. Payment is handled by Swedbank Pay, who receive what is needed to take payment — not your visa file. We do not share your application for advertising or marketing.

Customer register and communication

If you no longer wish to remain in our customer register, you can contact us and ask us to delete your details. Contact us by email with your request. You can also request not to be contacted by us in the future.

Cookies

We set our own cookies so the website can work: to remember your language, to keep you logged in, and — if you open a partner link — to remember which partner referred you so we can honour that partnership.

We do not use advertising cookies. On the payment pages, Swedbank Pay may set their own cookies.

With your consent we also use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used. Analytics stays off until you allow statistics cookies. You can change that choice at any time via Cookies in the footer. We use Google Consent Mode so Google tags respect that choice.

If you block cookies in your browser, language choice and login may stop working. How to do this depends on your browser; see its documentation. You can also delete cookies that have already been stored.

Encryption and card details

We use an SSL certificate during payment, which means the connection is encrypted and secure. No card details are stored after payment is completed.

Log files

Our server logs visits to the website. The logs store IP address, activity, time and information about the visitor's browser. They are used to run and secure the site, not for advertising or for your visa application.
