The company

The company is Alla Visum i Sverige AB, organisation number 556857-1987, based in Stockholm. Alla Visum i Sverige AB is referred to below as Alla Visum or the company. Alla Visum is a visa agency that helps you apply for visas to a number of countries. We receive your application, review it, help you complete it, communicate with the relevant embassy or consulate, and send the visa when it is ready. We offer visa services for several countries. We have no official affiliation with any country's embassy. You may apply for a visa on your own without using our services.

Prices and payment

Prices are stated including VAT. Any shipping or other costs are shown clearly in the cart and before purchase is confirmed. Prices are the total price including embassy fees and our service fee. We reserve the right to price increases for visa fees from the embassies. If a price increase occurs after payment has been made, we are entitled to request compensation for the difference afterwards.

Alla Visum also reserves the right to typographical errors and incorrect information regarding visa rules.

Payments are handled by Swedbank Pay, https://www.swedbankpay.se/. The connection to Swedbank is encrypted.

Collection of personal data

We comply with the GDPR, which governs how personal data may be collected and processed by us.

Personal data is collected, stored and used by us in order to handle your visa application and other ordered services.

The data will also be transferred to the relevant embassy and to their service offices where applicable.

Additional information beyond the application form and attachments may be collected from you by phone, email or documents submitted to us.

Providing complete and truthful information is a prerequisite for the visa application to be processed and for a fair decision to be made.

Data in the visa application and attachments is stored by us until we have completed the assignment, after which it is deleted or destroyed. The embassies will however archive all data in their own registers. Other personal data such as name, address, personal identity number, phone number, email address, email messages, customer history etc. will be stored in our customer register until further notice.

By submitting an application you consent to our processing of your personal data as described above.

Delete personal data

As a registered person you have the right to access the data we have stored about you. You have the right to request correction if any data is incorrect, and you also have the right to request deletion where permitted by law.

Right of withdrawal and distance selling

You may cancel a purchase and receive a full refund if we have not yet received your application. Notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If we have received your documents and started processing the application, a refund is generally not possible.

If we have received your application but not started processing it, a return shipping fee applies.

The right of withdrawal under distance selling rules does not apply to visa applications as they are custom services that begin once we receive your application.

Delivery time and liability

We always aim for the fastest possible delivery. If your application is incomplete or incorrect it will take longer. Embassy processing times apply from when we have received complete application documents from you.

Embassies are sometimes closed, which extends processing times. It is always the embassy that decides when the visa can be ready.

The delivery times stated for each visa type on the website are normal values for the majority of applications. For individual cases processing may be significantly longer.

Applying for a visa does not guarantee approval. We are not responsible for embassy decisions.

We usually send passports and visas with PostNord registered mail/cash on delivery or DHL etc. Valid ID is required for collection. The contents are insured. If your letter is lost you will receive compensation, but only for what is in the letter, usually passport with visa. The insurance does not cover extra costs such as missed flights. It also does not apply if the letter is delayed but not lost.

Shipping

We offer pickup at our office and shipping via PostNord or DHL. Other carriers, or your own courier, are usually fine if you notify us.

PostNord usually delivers within 1–2 days, though it can sometimes take longer.

DHL Express usually delivers the next business day, with exceptions depending on where in the country you live. DHL cannot deliver to PO boxes, only street addresses.

Check your visa

When you receive your finished visa you must check that all details in the visa are correct.

Purchase by invoice

Government, municipalities and regions may be granted purchase by invoice on request. Companies and private individuals in some cases. Payment terms are 10 days net. Late payment incurs a reminder fee at the statutory amount (60 SEK) and interest under the Interest Act from the due date. Alla Visum may refuse invoice purchases without stating a reason.

Unpaid applications

We always start processing visa applications the same day we receive them. If we have not received full payment when the visa is ready, we will return the passport with visa to you cash on delivery. Cash on delivery and shipping fees apply.

Uncollected shipments

For uncollected shipments we charge a fee of 150 SEK.

Age limit

You must be at least 18 years old when ordering from Alla Visum.

Sales outside Sweden

We can also help you arrange a visa if you live outside Sweden. When you register you select your country. If your country is not in the list, contact us for more information on how we can help.
